Isometric type (refection) LJL

Introduction: Isometric means having equal measure. This system allowed us to see the 3 different sides of the object at once and with equal measure. It was a 3 week long project where we made alphabets in isometric drawing.

My understanding towards the concept: Isometric was taught to us as it is used widely in the field of design, as it helps to visualise the shape, size, appearance of an object helps to visualise the idea in mind and to understand how would be seen.

I understood that it had a different approach and there is something known as Isometric Grid to help us understand its approach and it makes it easier to attempt. Isometric is a way to understand the 3D approach an object in 2D which makes it convenient and easy to understand and also makes it understandable to communicate the idea in a visual form.

How is it different and similar to other drawing systems?

Till now this was the first time I learnt 3 dimensional drawing in 2D. I was exposed to a few drawing systems which were 2 dimensional that are one point perspective, all the internal walls or planes appear to converge into one central point.
